Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire event?
I don’t charge by the hour. Every client has a unique vision and schedule, so I create custom packages tailored to your specific needs, goals, and timeline. This ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for without feeling rushed or restricted by hourly limits.
What's the process from start to finish?
The client experience is something I take immense pride in, as it’s not just about the final product, but about making the entire process smooth, clear, and enjoyable.
When a client reaches out with an inquiry, I respond promptly via email or phone to discuss their vision and budget. From there, I create tailored packages for them to review and choose from. Once a package is selected, a simple agreement is sent to secure the date, and then it's time to get started.
How does payment work
Payment is typically split into two installments. A 50% deposit is required upfront to lock in your date, and the remaining 50% is due once your project is delivered. This ensures a smooth process while keeping the focus on creating exceptional work.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on the type of shoot and what’s outlined in our agreement. For most projects, I pride myself on fast delivery, often next day or within a few business days.
Weddings, however, require a much more in-depth post-production process. From culling and planning to cutting, colour correction, colour grading, sound design, visual effects, and song selection, every detail is carefully crafted. Because of this, wedding film delivery typically takes a few weeks to ensure the highest quality final product.
Do you travel For Projects?
Yes! I primarily cover Southwestern Ontario, including Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford, London, and the GTA. For projects outside these areas, I’m happy to travel for an additional fee.
